5 Week Prenatal Series
Access the power of your mind and body connection for a deeper level of calmness, relaxation and confidence for birth and the postnatal period.
Using guided meditation, hypnosis tools and Spinning Babies techniques this series will guide you that, in the absence of fear and tension, severe pain does not have to be an accompaniment of labour.
In this series of 5 sessions you will explore old thoughts about the birth process and the postnatal period and release what does not serve you. You will gain an understanding of how the birthing muscles work in perfect harmony--as they were designed to--when your body is sufficiently relaxed and you trust birth. You will be given exercises to aid in achieving deep relaxation with the aid of your partner, free of the resistance that fear creates. You will be empowered to use your natural birthing instincts for a calm, serene and comfortable birth.
